Amazing syaff. They returned my.call immediately. Great Place to work.
I've been selling simonton windows for 15 years. The last 4-5 they have went down hill. Their quality control is non existent. Every order is missing parts or have glass issues. Every picture window they build will leak through the gaskets after a few years. They use a compression gasket that shrinks in the Texas Heat. Only the corners have a tiny bit of silicone. Horrible design. I have stopped selling their window to my clients.
