I replaced all my windows and sliders with Simonton $$$$ windows thru Home Depot. I noticed that there was a puncture inside the seal between the two pieces of insulated glass on a slider. HD sales person said to take it up with Simonton in September 2022. I filed an online claim since this is a factory defect which the people installing should have caught. We bought Simonton windows because they were recommended by the window company. Our two requirements were to provide more glass and be energy efficient. They also had a lifetime guarantee and a satisfaction guarantee. We bought a level up so that we could increase the efficiency. What we got were 19 windows that were much less glass and don't work.
