We bought Simonton windows because they were recommended by the window company. Our two requirements were to provide more glass and be energy efficient. They also had a lifetime guarantee and a satisfaction guarantee. We bought a level up so that we could increase the efficiency. What we got were 19 windows that were much less glass and don't work. Ordered windows and specifically asked to be delivered to the property , there was no communication from the moment we order them, until I’ve receive a call that they are dropping out the windows at Home Depot location where we order it, using the excuse that is gated community and they have no access !!!! ( we can provide gate code also the address they use pin on is completely wrong )cornerstone showed me email send between them and their rep without notifying us of address change.
