After filling out your contact form on your website, I receive this unintelligible error message with no guidance on fixing the issue. How am I supposed to contact you for this missing window piece that isn’t available at any of our suppliers?
Nice custom patio door. Hopefully you won’t have an issue, because the warranty service department does not care. Mine arrived with a defective lock and couldn’t get any assistance at all. The company read this review and said I would hear from the warranty service team. No such luck. The good news is I bought a new lock myself and installed it. What a great deal!
Our glass in a window cracked and the glass is under warranty, so we were responsible for paying the shipping costs only. The first glass replacement came and it was made incorrectly. The to glass panels were not lined up which did not allow the glass pane to fit in the existing frame. The second glass replacement showed up and was closer to the correct size, but it still did not fit. We are currently on our third attempt. I deal with these windows every day. They are problematic from nearly every aspect. The window itself is not rigid or strong. There are problems with opening and closing smoothly. There are problems with expansion and contraction as the seasons change. There are problems with slide mechanisms and locking. There are problems with the seal materials which let's both cold and hot air in and never when you want it.
