Convertible top not working that Mitsubishi claimed only needs center cylinder but no longer has part. Ronin insists on ordering the part. He apologizes for delay after couple of weeks. Tells me he will discount a day car rental. He then claims the left cylinder is also needed. So I purchased this part online. I had 3 Mercedes Benz cars. Now, I owe 2015 S550 car. I always had problems with dealerships and specialized repair shops to service my car. Today I received a super service by people of this shop. The owner of the shop Ronen Levy took excellent care about my car, and I was feeling very comfortable with him discussing my car’s problems. His assistant Rose was calling around trying to find better prices for parts. Everything was open, friendly. Finally I found a shop for my Mercedes! Lev D.
