This area has a few pros and cons for us much like any other apartment complex's. The laundry room is OK when we get the chance to use it. It’s usually costs us about $10-$15 for 2 loads every week, the first floor washer and dryer eats quarters, and it can take the company that empties them a few days to come collect them. People tend not to clean up after their dogs on the tree line by the vehicles.
