I love living at these apartments. The staff is really easy to contact and I would definitely recommend these apartments to everyone.
The move in process was extremely arduous and painful. It took two hours! I get being thorough, but had the representative been more responsive by text or email, this two hours could have been cut down by at least about 45 minutes. It was a good thing that I did not hire movers for that day and time as a four hour move surely would have been an eight hour day easily and much more costly. I was charged $6 for an ashtray. I have never smoked. Your insurance requires you to provide me an ashtray, that should be a you expense as... read more
