- revised due to errors. I would give zero stars if I could. The overall experience here was terrible. One of the agents, a man, behaved exactly like a used car salesman. We were completely honest about our rental history and explained that we had already been denied by multiple places. Despite that, he repeatedly pushed us to apply — nonstop texts, emails, and calls — even after we said we didn’t believe we’d be approved.
