Very nice apartment, very spacious.
Applied but ended up going with a different apartment and they wouldn't give me back the $200 "refundable deposit" saying i was already approved even though i never even gave them proof of income. Glad I didn't move in here.
The employee are great people, and very helpful , the apartment for very nice and great size
Ive lived here for over a year now with my wife and we love it! The neighbors are friendly and the community is really nice. If your looking for a not-so expensive place to live in a good spot of town come to simonsons!
