The move in process was extremely arduous and painful. It took two hours! I get being thorough, but had the representative been more responsive by text or email, this two hours could have been cut down by at least about 45 minutes. It was a good thing that I did not hire movers for that day and time as a four hour move surely would have been an eight hour day easily and much more costly. I was charged $6 for an ashtray. My family and I have been here over a year now, and we’re still very happy with Simonson. They’re very responsive when we need something serviced or taken care of. Our neighbors are friendly and it’s safe.
The manager was very helpful with the process of the application and getting everything set up, answering any questions we had, she was very thorough with making sure we knew everything everything that we needed, she told my wife and I some different places to get a moving truck and stuff we need, like a couch. Overall it was a very nice experience.
