Lived here for almost 6 months been great. Had a small leak above shower maintenance had it fixed within 45 minutes of my phone call and put new drywall up a day later. Very quiet. Everyone minds there business and picks up after themselves. Unlimited hot water is huge plus
The move in process was extremely arduous and painful. It took two hours! I get being thorough, but had the representative been more responsive by text or email, this two hours could have been cut down by at least about 45 minutes. It was a good thing that I did not hire movers for that day and time as a four hour move surely would have been an eight hour day easily and much more costly. I was charged $6 for an ashtray.
