I had a very disappointing experience here. I was yelled at by an employee for starting to use the pre-wash bug removal on the back of my vehicle. I understand the point he was making, but there’s a big difference between calmly giving feedback and raising your voice at a paying customer. When I approached him to explain myself, I also mentioned that despite their higher rates, the machine often doesn’t do a great job cleaning vehicles.
