Brought my 1998 Toyota 4runner, and Simon and his team were extremely friendly, honest, helpful and knowledgeable about my broken transmission. He sent me updates educating me on the problem at hand and got the job done quickly. Will be returning in the future for sure and referring anyone I know to him.

I found the people there at the transmission shop to be honest and fair. They would not suggest a solution to the problem without thoroughly and investigating the situation carefully. Only after they had done the research did they tell me what the problem was and provide a reasonable practical solution to the mechanical problem. I would thoroughly recommend using the shop because the people are fair and honest.
