Best decision for work on my car. I have a 2015 Cadillac srx. Dealership diagnosed a transmission switch problem but we're about $250 more and 5-10 out after I paid for parts. I called around and bill was very knowledgeable. Dropped the car off on Monday and had it back late Tuesday. Great job and less money. I would highly recommend

Unexpectedly, my car began smoking on my way to work. I was afraid to drive it any further and am SO THANKFUL that Simons Transmissions was right across the street from work! I spoke with the Owner Billy and discussed my issue. He offered to have someone walk over and check it out. Douglas met me at my car and immediately spotted the issue but drive it across the street to put it on the lift. Unfortunately, my radiator cracked and I was leaking coolant. I found Simons Transmission by reading reviews. They stood out to me because they were a small shop and the reviews were all very positive. I called to discuss my truck’s transmission issues and after a quick conversation I was sure I picked the right place to have the work done. Dropped it off and it was ready to pick up a few days later as promised. The final invoice was actually slightly less than the original estimate. We highly recommend Simons.
