Unexpectedly, my car began smoking on my way to work. I was afraid to drive it any further and am SO THANKFUL that Simons Transmissions was right across the street from work! I spoke with the Owner Billy and discussed my issue. He offered to have someone walk over and check it out. Douglas met me at my car and immediately spotted the issue but drive it across the street to put it on the lift. Unfortunately, my radiator cracked and I was leaking coolant. Brought my 1998 Toyota 4runner, and Simon and his team were extremely friendly, honest, helpful and knowledgeable about my broken transmission. He sent me updates educating me on the problem at hand and got the job done quickly. Will be returning in the future for sure and referring anyone I know to him.
