This gym has been life changing for me. When I started, Alyse had me really dig into my motivation and “why,” explaining that most people will quit if they do not have a very clear motivation. Phase Fitness is the kind of gym I dream of having close to home. It's an empowering, clean, comfortable space to workout. They have all the equipment you could need, group fitness classes, personal training, and fun fitness and diet challenges. All of it is led by the incredible athlete and trainer, Alyse. I can't recommend this spot enough.
Alyse and her trainers are absolutely amazing! The gym is small, intimate and so uplifting! I love the feeling of privacy and all the awesome workouts they come up with!
