This gym has been life changing for me. When I started, Alyse had me really dig into my motivation and “why,” explaining that most people will quit if they do not have a very clear motivation. She helped me really identify my own goals and has set up a system that I have followed for three months and people in my life are already commenting on the results. Phase Fitness is the kind of gym I dream of having close to home. It's an empowering, clean, comfortable space to workout. They have all the equipment you could need, group fitness classes, personal training, and fun fitness and diet challenges. All of it is led by the incredible athlete and trainer, Alyse. I can't recommend this spot enough.

Alyse and her trainers are absolutely amazing! The gym is small, intimate and so uplifting! I love the feeling of privacy and all the awesome workouts they come up with!

Alyse and the team at Simons Sweatshop have changed my life! They offer personal training, macro coaching, boot camps, semi-private training and more! The atmosphere is very welcoming and not at all intimidating. I was nervous, being new to the gym, but everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable and capable!
