While vacationing in Ruidoso, I noticed one of the prongs on my engagement ring was suddenly very small and sharp. I took my ring to Simon, thinking maybe I could get it repaired during our vacation. He repaired it same day! And the cost was almost half of what I paid the last time I got my ring repaired in Austin (8 years ago). Great service, great price!
Pleasantly professional: I have a very special and delicate piece of heirloom jewelry that needs repair. I stopped by Simon's to inquire about these repairs and got the best customer service I was not expecting. Not only did he know what he was holding but he knew how to fix it, how long it would take and quoted me a very fair price. While I cannot speak to his work as a jeweler, I can say I trust him to do these repairs just based on how he handled our interaction. Knowledge goes a very long way and Simon has it.
