Every time I walk into the store I’m greeted with a warm hello. The customer service is immaculate. The staff is very knowledgeable, and I’ve built a great relationship with this establishment. I could go anywhere to buy a watch or jewelry, but I go to Simons because of the experience and atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

I came into Simon’s 2 years ago with the aspiration of purchasing a Tudor BB. I received great hospitality and customer service as I collected information on the piece I was striving for. The experience was so positive and memorable that it influenced me to come back today to finally lock in the purchase. For all the brands they offer, you will not find a more kind and friendly team to support their offerings. Shout out MiMi and Jonathan! I look forward to picking up my Tudor soon.
