We had randy and warren do the siding, facehold,and trim they did very awesome job ,they communicated very well keep up the good work
We have had such great experiences with Simon’s Homes. Ben did a phenomenal job replacing our sliding glass door and Warren and Dustin did great work replacing our basement windows. Everyone was professional and kind and kept everything clean. I would recommend Simon’s Homes for all of you needs!
Purchased a new window installation last spring, now it’s the only window that has leaked. It was so bad that I needed to replace the carpeting. The owner said “new windows do that so the glass doesn’t break.” They came and fixed the botched job and claimed it has nothing to do with their install. They proceeded to even out the sloped dirt in the window well that was left when they replaced the window to allow water buildup. Won’t do business anymore.
Excellent communication, fair pricing, and beautiful workmanship. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Dickinson area looking for quality home improvements.
After the huge hail storm this summer, we needed extensive repairs. Every external door replaced, two broken windows replaced, our entire roof redone, plus damaged metal corner siding pieces. Simons Homes handled all of it with exceptional professionalism and care. The crew was efficient, respectful, and made sure we were completely satisfied with every step of the project.
