Friendly professional crew. We were completely satisfied with the siding,window and gutter. They kept us informed as project progressed and everything was cleaned up when they finished.
Excellent job guys!! Simons Homes did a great job with residing our house this past 7 days. Started work at 7:30am and stayed till 7:30pm each day. Was given a 10 day estimate to complete and guys had it done in 7 long days. Very easy to work with, and offered great suggestions on how to deal with a couple issues I had. I would recommend Simons Homes, 100%. Dustin, David, Warren and Conner did a great job.!
We totally love the way our house and the two garages look. They installed steel siding on all three buildings and changed out the windows in the house. The work was done in a professional manner and we’re very happy with the work they did.
I had two flat roof sections repaired and 17 Windows installed. My OVERALL LEVEL OF CONTENTNESS with the Service/Workmanship/Communication is Satisfactory. I wanted a quote on a total replacement, NOT just "capping" over the old tar roof, I explained about wanting to apply a silicone membrane, in writing and verbally to The Salesman and it was understood to me that my concerns were 100% understood but then The Proprietor/Foreman simply did his own method.
