Very good experience, promptly responded to my call pleasant to speak with and high quality service didn’t try to upsell me just fixed what was wrong and offers options if they become necessary. Will be my go to for HVAC

Simons Heating and Cooling get 5 stars and more if I had the option! On a recent trip to our lake house we discovered upon arrival that our AC wasn’t working. It was a Friday evening and forecasted to be very hot and humid the next day. I called and left a message and someone called me back that evening and made arrangements to come check it out on Sat. Had someone look at unit he did nothing hooked up heating and cooling backwards and charged for replacing a transformer and never did, then when called back the next guy said we'll he said he changed it so... and did absolutely nothing even though the first guy was watched the whole time... Profesional? I think not
