Walked in to buy new floors for the whole house.... After 5 mins and 3 rounds past the office,the gentleman on the phone couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us or even wave... Must have been a long ,important call. We bought our flooring in Wynyard.

Very impressed with the sales staff, Phil was able to come out the same day to measure and quote. We were after something in stock, which made the process very easy. I was even able to take a sample home. It was booked in to be laid within two weeks. I was thrilled with the final result, care was taken with the installation and it looks amazing. Super impressed, considering I’d tried with another supplier who I had to follow up just to be sent the quote. By the way, Simons was $1000 cheaper for a similar product.
