When my bridesmaid's and I walked in the door we were not acknowledged at all. I asked the cashier if we could see our gowns/try them on and she just said “sign in”. We waited about 35 minutes and they finally called us back. The lady that helped us got the gowns and put the wedding gown in a dressing room and the two bridesmaid’s dresses in ONE room.
