Very affordable at $35 for a day rental. They didn’t charge extra for the phone mount either! Included helmets and bike locks that were easy to use. Great customer service too. Would use again.

Came to Simon's for a road bike tune up and other issues. Clearly, it is a popular place with other accessories/retail, bike rentals,etc. Turnaround was very quick given the time of year and their technicians were able to address other issues (and even called to get green light on extra small things like new brake pads). Only "downside" is finding parking if needing to drop off/pick up bike. Would go back even w trek into the downtown area.

I walked in on a Sunday and immediately got help with my bike brake. Did not need to wait as at other shops busy with tourists. $22 after tax, which is a good price for adjustment and replacement of a small part.

Came in today and they were so nice and happy to take a look and fix it on the spot! The team here is great, they realized it was a really simple solution and only charged me for the part and also did a quick look over as well. Definitely coming back here if I need more bike tune ups and help!
