I rented a Uhual from this location, customer service was outstanding A+ friendly, knowledgeable, Nicky went above and beyond to accommodate me and my situation, being a move from hell! She definitely made it a lot easier, she was patient and kind with me and showed heartfelt concern with my delimma. Family owned and operated, I'm sure the other businesses are ran exactly the same with 100% A+ service!!! Thank you for everything you rock Nicky!!!
Moving forward, I will only go through Nicky at Simon’s Auto Spa for any U-Haul needs. I had some issues pop up with my reservation at first. Nicky went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that everything was taken care of! Shout-out to her Dad for letting me borrow his personal dolly when I was unable to rent one from U-Haul. Their generosity saved me a lot of time and energy. If you need a U-Haul, go through Simons Auto Spa. You’ll get top notch customer service.
(For Uhaul) - awesome experience start to finish. They are accommodating and make everything quick and easy. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend to friends!
Nikki and her dad are a great team! They make it so easy from the moment you decide you need to rent a U-Haul to the end when you drop it off! We will continue to use their services because of not 1 but the 4th time we’ve used them!
