Great Service, highly recommend.
Many years ago my Ford Focus had an aircon issue. I took it to the Ford service I had used for 4 cars. They said to fix it would be a $2,500 part plus labour. My sister recommended I get a 2nd opinion from her mechanic, Richard, who she said was an honest man and had helped her above and beyond during her illness. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone / won't go back again. My experience dated back to Aug 2025. Found it on Groupon, called them to enquire on few things and was asked to pay them directly. I was charged $60 extra for 'Better oil" + credit card fee. The service (as on Groupon) should include a Pink Slip eSafety check, but when I came to collect my car they said they couldn't do it because I would need to replace the tyres at $140 each ! I have been going to Simon's Auto for 10 years. Richard, Kieran and the team are the real deal. They always take the time to explain and show you what needs to be done. They are honest and transparent about all cost. Above all, they genuinely care about their customers and always go the extra mile to be helpful and provide you with advise. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I went to get my pink slip, and they charged me a fee for the pink slip check, even though the staff hadn’t told me beforehand that there would be a fee for the pink slip check.
