I am an out-of-state college student. Halfway through my 6 hour drive home my car's battery light turned on. I stopped in Carlisle and went to an Autozone. They told me my alternator was dead. I called mechanics around the area and all of them said they were busy. When I called Simons they said they could do it and if I brought them the part to replace they could work on it immediately. I had an appointment with Simons Auto Repair & Sales LLC for state inspection and removal of snowflakes installed on my truck. My original appointment was scheduled for 4/23 at 2:30 PM, and they accepted it, but they did not complete any work that day. I waited, and later they told me they forgot and asked me to come back the next morning.
