They’ve treated me so good here so far and I’m not even a longtime customer. I’ve had two cars get inspected there and a tire swapped and brakes redone and it’s all been fast and affordable with awesome customer service. Highly recommend going here.
They were able to get me in the next day I called. They were very communicative with me letting me know what issues my car had. Everything was fixed quickly and I was happy with the service!
My husband was in search of a second vehicle when he came across Simons auto repair. After talking with Chris who was phenomenal btw about a potential purchase of a vehicle on his lot that we saw interest in. My husband and myself talked it over and came back the very next day to make that purchase. His whole staff was amazing, kind, honest, knowledgeable and patient. This was the most easiest, quickest, Stress-Free car sales I've ever done in my life hands down. Thanksssss Guys Y'all ROCK!
My family and I were on day two of a cross country move when the car carrying myself and the pets shredded it's serpentine belt. I had the best experience here! Right from the start, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed (the team made sure of that). They were super transparent about what needed to be fixed and what wasn’t necessary, which ended up saving me from higher costs.
