It took 2 years to get a bill from this this place. Gave the correct address and they never sent the bill. They would randomly call and remind about the bill and we told them that we can't pay the bill because they never mailed it. That occurred about 5 times in 2 years until today when they finally sent it over email when we told them again. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
Been dealing with them since march with no luck. I appealed things with them back in march. Every time i call this women states it in legal give more time. I think 5 months is a long time to review a appeal

The Ai messages they leave are ridiculous half the time it cuts off who the heck is even calling. They call MULTIPLE times a day and nothing ever gets resolved. The reviews speak for themselves. 2 stars is generous.
