My father recently passed away and there were some issues between his health insurance and one of his providers that resulted in a bill getting sent to Simon's Agency. This was the first time my family has ever had to deal with a collections agency, but everyone at the Simon's Agency (special shout out to Sharon) made the process as smooth as possible. Nobody wants to have a bill in collections, but there was barely any wait times to be able to speak to someone and everyone was helpful and friendly.

Wasted my time on a payment debited from my account 7 weeks ago. Clearly issues with getting updated information between their system and medical facilities. Not sure who is at fault, but everyone seems to think it is the consumer. I only returned the call because of issues noted in prior posts where credit scores were impacted. A person there named Amber had good service skills.

Got a call from "Amber" and she was extremely rude. Refused to state what she was calling about and completely wasted both of our time and the last 5% of my cell battery. Actual rating: 0 out of 5 stars
