Friendly, professional and were timely. Actually liked this visit!!
My wife, Janet, had a C-T scan scheduled and the appointment went through perfectly. The wait to get called into the room was very minimal (5 minutes). Everyone was very professional and friendly. On a second visit on 1/14/22, once again, it was quick friendly helpful staff. Admire the friendliness of all
The front desk staff was unfriendly and uninviting, which was surprising considering the nature of the facility. However, the staff in the back was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit.
I went in for a kidney and bladder ultra sound where I had to drink 32 oz of water an hour before my ultrasound, and as you can imagine a little uncomfortable. I signed in, and I was brought back fairly soon to the room and had the procedure. Done Then was allowed to relieve myself, so they're pretty good. I've been going to Simon med for probably 10 years. For mammograms, for all other tests and they're just excellent. They have excellent staff that pay attention and work with you. And I will always go to them.
