Exceptional care, exceptional staff, and an all around great experience, given the nature of the procedures. Warm gowns and warm ultrasound gel were an especially nice touch. This was my my second year utilizing Simon Med and I intend to keep using them for every annual mammogram, ultrasound and other procedures should the need arise.
I was told I had a 600.00 deductible that needs to be paid even though my deductible had been met. The check in agent refused to accept that when I showed her on my insurance app, and was ready to refuse my procedure until I paid it. She was very smug about it telling me I needed to call my insurance myself and provide a call number and the name of the person I spoke with.
