Won't be back - came in 30 mins early for a 9:45am appointment. Front Desk had to re-verify a doctors order which took 5-10 min. They gave my appointment slot away and I waited 45min until 10:30 before getting called back and what do they do? Not the diagnostic. They bring me back and sit me down to give me a sales pitch for a genetics testing package. Ridiculous and silly. I waited in the lobby another 15 mins and they called me back to do the test. Most courteous, the ambience all the employees create is just marvelous
Will, the test administrator was excellent. The desk ladies were below average. Too much screen time on their phones. Gave me forms in spanish to fill out (looking at me no one would guess spanish), wrote a check, they took it and spent 30 secs examining it and then said they don’t take checks. could cash pay but had to have exact amount, and oh by the way we take credit cards with 3% surcharge added.
