I tried to make an appointment for X-rays and they told me I didn't need one and that it would take about 5 minutes total, at any Simonmed. The next day I show up at the Katy location learned that they weren't doing X-rays that day because their one X-ray tech was out. I live about 35 miles away from Katy Simonmed Imaging. Sadly, I wasted a lot of time and gas. A recommendation would be to allow people to make an appointment for an x-ray. One of the most outstanding front desk customer relations I’ve ever seen. And I have seen three different radiologists in this katy location and they are also outstanding and treated me with full respect. Kudos to everyone one of them at this Katy Texas location.
Customer care is so horrible. They confirmed my appointment, told me the amount, I had to drive 1:30 to get to this location. When I got there they told me the order and scheduling was wrong and they realized in the morning. But they were not smart or considerate enough to call about that detail. The front desk lady was nice, however the person next to her was totally rude, and did not care or bother to find a solution. Horrible place. Go to another location if you can.
