**Extremely disappointing experience at SimonMed Imaging – Katy.** I scheduled an appointment and provided SimonMed with my physician’s actual order, including the **specific procedure codes for both tests**. SimonMed accepted the order and scheduled and confirmed my appointment at this location. The day before, I spent about **30 minutes completing their required forms**. Staff was friendly and explained everything beforehand.
Initial scheduling was a little difficult due to a language issue with customer service. I scheduled what I needed to then ended up calling back to reschedule with someone else who was able to get ALL appointments scheduled in a timely manner. It saved me time from work and trips to and from.
