Actual procedure was professional. Issues are with billing staff. I had to fill out page after page online, and no one looks at them. Entered all insurance info for both policies. When they called the day before, they only had one listed and expected a large payout that was not necessary - due to my supplemental insurance. There is also way too much communication. Too many email, texts and calls. It got ridiculous. That said, the technician performing the CT was great.
As always very professional and the xray guy was kind, funny and professional
