My appointment was on time, the front desk checkin went very smoothly and the test technician was gentle, caring and supportive.
I arrived early and the tech took me early. It was very much appreciated. Very efficient and professional checking in as well.
Group processed me quickly. The technician was professional and efficient in completing the procedure.
The staff are always professional and friendly.
Checked in 10min early but they were running behind. After 30 min they told me it would be another hour or so. Then they took someone else back for an MRI. I couldn’t sit any longer and paced until they finished with that person. Was advised there had been a lot of double booking lately. An hour and a half late I started my scan. Nice people but this needs to change for everyone.
