Found SimonMed on the internet and wow was I impressed. I initially called to get information and the woman I spoke with was super helpful. I was able to get an appointment within about a week and I was in and out in probably 45 minutes! They were very efficient, explained the paperwork in simple terms, and then gave me information on how to access the medical report once my MRI has been completed (gave me the images on a CD). Very efficient, no time wasted. And didn’t have to be seen by an army of people before having the procedure. The receptionist checked me in and also showed me to the changing room; the technician was waiting for me when I was ready, brought me to the room and carried out the MRI.
Once you start your scan/procedure it's nice. I wasn't very keen on walking in a gown past where everyone in the waiting room can see you. I'd definitely upgrade the privacy for your patients
