Incompetent organization. On the morning of my scheduled appointment, I got a reminder text reminding me of my appt. When I arrived after the 45 min drive, I was informed that ALL appts are canceled for the day due to technician not showing up. I was NOT notified in advance. Additionally, their scheduling department scheduled me at a Simon med location that was out of business (nor did they offer Cervical spine MRI at that location).
