The process was easy and straightforward. I had no problems at all.
Outside of the surly receptionist, the technician's were very nice and efficient.
The staff are great and deserve 5 stars plus. But the Simon Med corporate organization bombarded my phone and email for 5-days over Labor Day weekend for: * pre appointment information, and * scheduling the appointment, I couldn't because X-rays are walkin only. Then, upon arriving the local SimonMed office after this series of constant calls and texts, the local office could not find the orders in the system and had to call my doctor's office and have the orders sent once again.
