I truly appreciate the staff who actually perform the tests. they are friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. I wish I could say the same for their scheduling staff - they are a nightmare. Simon med has 4 locations in sarasota area and even when you are specific as to which location you want your test done, they continue to mess it up. I asked to be scheduled for two exams back to back at the same location. not only did they schedule it for the wrong location , but then eventually they only scheduled me for one.
