This is my first time coming to your office and the experience I had there was not a good welcome. Your staff is not friendly at all. They don't even talk to a single person or say hi. They almost finish their work as if they were finishing it. They treat patients very rudely. That's not right.
Customer service wasn’t pleasant. Very unorganized. I asked ahead of time about payment and was told no payment was due. When I got there I had a payment due. It’s a good thing I was prepared otherwise I would’ve missed my appointment. Very disappointed.
