Greatest place. On time appointments
It is a mix im happy with my doctor but I'm not happy how the infront desk girls how to handle the referral or send the approval to Insurance on time or they do not communicate or being cleared i called many times if my referral was approved w my insurance & sent copy to my Specialist one of the girls said was approved but when I called the specialist they never got?? I called again and another girl told it is not recorded yet so she will send it again ??
The gentleman doing my X-ray was a pro. My only complaint is ur call center. I had such a hard time understanding them. I was on the phone for 20 minutes. Why can't I just call the imaging center direct. If this confusion continues I will not be back. After I had the X-ray done I was receiving calls the next 3 days wanting to schedule me for the X-ray I already had done??
Walked in for an X-ray. Front desk was welcoming, efficient, and got me checked in quickly. The tech explained everything and was very kind and patient with my injury as he took the pictures.
