Co pay was ridiculous. I cannot afford to use your company again. Ever.
8:15 appointment. Finally called me back around 9:30. My time is valuable too.
I am used to a different local provider... I need the music in the headphones and a voice communicating updates like, "this scan is 2 minutes", "3 more scans", etc. I didn't appreciate having an earplug shoved in my ear. The scan was completed & the facility is very clean, just a very different experience, especially when you have claustrophia & anxiety and communicate that to the technician.
