Very good service amazing
Great experience at SimonMed today. I had a mammogram and ultrasound and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. There was a very polite and helpful young man at reception who checked me in and then both my Mammo and ultrasound technicians - both called Jasmine- were professional and friendly. Thanks SimonMed team for helping me check this off my list. I’ll definitely come back here and tell my friends.
Front desk was wonderful, but the tech was awful, ran an hour late, doesn't apologize until 10 mins later, he missed my ear putting on the ear phones and doesn't apologize, and then while I am in the machine he is asking me my weight, I couldn't understand him, I asked him what did you say 4 times before I understood, you would think he would have asked the question before going into the MRI. Terrible experience, will never go back to Mountain View location, Redwood City is the best location!

I was very pleased with my experience at SimonMed from making the appointment to the experience in the MRI machine. The dressing rooms were nice & with locker & a mirror to fix up after procedure. Everyone was very friendly & professional. And I received the results by the end of the day!
