Kind staff, appointments on time
This was my 5th time attempting my Calcium test w dye and my heart rate was too high. ETHAN, a HUGE thank you for calming me down and making this whole procedure go smoothly. I instantly was talked through the procedure. You were professional but also personable. Simon Med is lucky to have you! My vein thanks you too. I always have trouble getting an IV. First time and no pain. Phew. Can’t praise you enough for your help in completing this procedure today.
Staff is very friendly. Location is convenient with easy freeway access. They have an efficient process.
Oh my goodness, I had the best experience ever getting my MRI. I cannot say enough about Annette and Lionel! They treated me so nicely as a senior citizen and were so delightful and helpful, especially Annette! She went out of her way to answer all of my questions and give me helpful information!
