Excellent and friendly service by both the receptionist and MRI tech, Andrea for my knee MRI on august 29,2026. Exceptional and friendly staff. Andrea went above and beyond. She noticed that my toenail polish looked a bit sparkly and went to her car to give me nail polish remover to remove the polish. She was concerned that if there were any metal ingredients in the polish that I may get a burn in my nailbed. Her attention to detail and kindness were absolutely overwhelming. Kudos and thank you for outstanding service!
X-ray technician was great. X-ray was delayed because there was no physician order on record I had called the day before to confirm the appt, so the problem should have been corrected in advance. Front office staff was reluctantly helpful.
