First time I went to Simon med imaging facility for an MRI. Fantastic service! I’ll use them again!
I was very anxious and scared about having the MRI, and at one point I didn’t think I would be able to complete the exam. Migley was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to reassure me and helped me stay calm. Thanks to her support and professionalism, I was able to complete the MRI. I am very grateful for her care and compassion. The only area that could be improved is scheduling. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, but I was not called in for the exam until about two hours later.
The wait was really long, I think my appointment time was an hour before I was seen. However, the staff was super nice and tried to catch the patients up. I think some help with scheduling would make the office five stars.
Marissa was wonderful. Did a great job.
