Worst customer service I have ever experienced in the healthcare field, and that's saying something. The only people you can talk to are at an "off shore" call center and they could care less about helping you. This greedy company only cares about money, not patient care. There are better imaging companies in the valley.
0 stars - This place is an embarrassment. It started with my very first phone call to them when I was trying to get an estimated cost for my ultrasound. I asked for the procedure code so that I could confirm the cost with my insurance company and I was told they don't have procedure codes. Once I found out from my insurance company that I had a $100 copay, I called Simon Med to confirm they had that information. They told me I had an estimated payment of $123. There is no indication that they check with your insurance prior to providing service. They charge more than the insurance negotiated rate. And then make it difficult to get a refund once the EOB is finalized. I have not yet been successful in getting a refund. Other medical providers do not have these issues so it is unique to SimonMed. And it is an excellent reason to try different imaging labs like Banner or SMIL.
All I can say is to the people who gave ONE STAR, you are all 100% CORRECT and to the people who actually gave a FIVE STAR, you got lucky or it's a bogus review.
I have called everyday for 4 days asking to get an appt. for an MRI with special parameters and an email has been sent to Sabrina each of the 4 times with no call back response. If Sabrina is so busy why does Simon Med hire another appointment maker? I'm sure it's not her fault that I have not received a call.
