Horrible unprofessional place to deal with. Third attempt to get images taken. Third time they have told me they can’t do both at the same time because of staffing issues. Fourth time they have attempted to extort a copay that isn’t needed. Three different excuses as to how much the copay is and which test it is for. This seems to be prevalent among all locations in the greater Clearwater area. I have now been to the Pinellas Park location twice and the Saint Pete location once. Horrible ethics. The incompetent office on Gantzel charged me $280+ back in march but did not do the test and refused to refund my money that day (which corporate said they should have done). They have done this several times in the past . 8 months later and multiple calls and still no refund. They force you to pay up front yet refuse to refund client when their machines are down or short staffed. You mean to tell me you didn’t know your echo tech was not there when I checked in? You couldn’t have called?
