I would give them no stars if that was an option. They are HORRIBLE!! They are not professional at all nor do they communicate properly with the patients. This was my first and last encounter with them. I made an appointment with the location in Sun City Center, FL, completed all the check-in information online and showed up 15 mins early to my appointment which they apparently rescheduled without letting me know prior to the scheduled appointment. Horrible place to do business with! I am, as of today, asking my Physician to send any more needed Imaging somewhere else. Time and time again, the incompetent personnel has had me on the phone verifying myself for over 15 minutes today, but to no avail. Then, after 3 calls, I finally got an appointment made. The agent would not let me speak to her supervisor. So, then I called the Cooperate office and it was scheduled within a few minutes.
This has got to be the ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever dealt with !!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! It is now going on 6 days that my husband got a CT scan and the Radiologist still hasn’t posted the report !!! They post the images like that does any good unless you happen to be a radiologist yourself!! Way to go to the Radiologist that work for Simon med YOU ARE ALL HORRIBLE!!
