Incompetent organization. Went for a CT scan and they were using Iodine, which I am allergic to. They knew I was allergic, but didn’t bother to look on my chart. The lady left the room, came back in and said, yep, it’s right here, you have an allergy. I took time off of work for my appointment. Had to scheduled another appointment and went through the premedication process. When I got there, they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me….. They over bill you and then when you get your insurance statement you have to call them to ask for the amount that you overpaid them. They call you four times for an appointment and leave one voicemail and when you call them back to make your appointment they want you to be on hold for 30 minutes before anybody picks up you call and it says we're going to connect you to a scheduler and then there's a bunch of music and a bunch of ads and good luck getting somebody to answer the phone.
Absolute horrible customer service. Go anywhere else if you can.
Absolutely a nightmare!. Terribly micromanaged communications. Lying, negligent workers. I need to know if I have a tumor and Cancer. They changed my location for MRI to Henderson and they had the incorrect machine. I was rescheduled for December 8th then December 2nd. Ken the phone rep said I can get in November 21st if I pay $1,000 out of pocket. Then they canceled it due to an error on their own end on 11/25/2025. If anyone is going to use SimonMed Imaging and hasn't met their deductible, please use SELF-PAY Our healthcare system is obviously corrupt, but it's never been so obvious as when I had to get an MRI done. I was under the impression that my MRI was no cost with my insurance, so I agreed to use my insurance and signed a document that stated as such. Turns out I now owe $475 (supposedly discounted from $1275). However, when I asked for the self-pay price for the same procedure after the fact, I was quoted $275. How does it make... read more
