The worst you can’t speak to anyone in the imaging center to ask questions. I had some questions about the procedure, the call centers could not answer any specific questions. I requested a supervisor to call me back, but did not got a call back. The question I had was what the procedure would cost no one could give me that information. Then I got to the imaging center and that was a nightmare, they still had the wrong information regarding my insurance so I had wait till they called and gave me the charge. The language barrier when calling to schedule is horrific. The people I’m trying to talk to barely speak English have no idea how to work the programs. A basic appointment took me almost 1hr to book. I had to spell the name kevin 5times over. This is ridiculous.
All I can say is to the people who gave ONE STAR, you are all 100% CORRECT and to the people who actually gave a FIVE STAR, you got lucky or it's a bogus review. This company needs to be shut down! Its scary how bad this company is ran. Im due for a mammogram and i REFUSE to go to this place!! It be an embarrassment to work here...
Horrible unprofessional place to deal with. Third attempt to get images taken. Third time they have told me they can’t do both at the same time because of staffing issues. Fourth time they have attempted to extort a copay that isn’t needed. Three different excuses as to how much the copay is and which test it is for. Horrible ethics. The incompetent office on Gantzel charged me $280+ back in march but did not do the test and refused to refund my money that day (which corporate said they should have done). They have done this several times in the past . 8 months later and multiple calls and still no refund. They force you to pay up front yet refuse to refund client when their machines are down or short staffed. You mean to tell me you didn’t know your echo tech was not there when I checked in? You couldn’t have called?
