Attention Attorneys I'm open to taking Simon Med to court... Simon Med did not add a large 3cm mass on my colon to their report and hence caused me, the patient, extreme medical issues. I've been dismissed by SM trying to resolve this myself. When a Simon Med facility misses a mass that is that large and noticeable, it leads to concern that many patients are not receiving total facts from them. Makes you wander how many people have died due to their incompetence!!
This is me giving praise where kudos are very well deserved. There are a lot of reviews about certain clinics in SIMONMED, I would like to write a review, and point out Shane Bannister, who works in the corporate office. I really rate them negative 5 stars but I had to give o e star to post this. I was assaulted (filing civil suit for ELDER ABUSE, I have several pictures) by an mri tech and complained to Simon med, about what he did. The compliance said they “talked” to the employee and now are completing ignoring me! I’m listening to counsel and writing formal complaints to all entities who license the tech and Simon med itself. I am generally satisfied wirh SimonMed. But today, I was trying to schedule an MRI and was told that, since I have a Pacemaker, there is only one location in the Phoenix area that can accomodate pacemaker patients ( and it is 30 miles from my home) and they only have one day a week that they will take such patients. So, the soonest I can get in is FEBRUARY.
