This company gives new meaning to the word “dysfunction.” They rescheduled me 5 times for critical MRI. Twice i showed up after fasting … and was told machine was broken or wrong for my application. Communication between scheduling and sites is abysmal. I am currently waiting after fasting for 3rd tme and driving 2 hours to get to location scheduling said was available. After waiting for 1.5 hours I was informed they had double booked. Still waiting. absolutely inexcusable treatment. Pathetic.

I haven't even made it to the office yet for the scan. Just the scheduling process is a nightmare. The first time took so long for the process that I had to tell them I'd call back to try again when I had more time. I never thought it would take over 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. The 2nd time I called back it took even longer. Certain locations do certain scans and not other types so they are not consistent and you may have to go further away - in my case 30 minutes farther just because there was a lack of availabil... read more

We had an appointment at the Camino Del Rey location in Sun City West for an MRI for my husband. When arriving the receptionist told us we had a copay which we knew was a mistake she then rechecked it and said okay. we were called back to have the MRI done and they could not find a good vein for my husband so we had to reschedule. upon leaving the office we were handed paperwork my husband met me in the car and I asked him where his original order was. You wait and wait . These people take forever to see you. Waiting area is dirty. There’s literally no people in the waiting room and they still make you wait
