I had an appointment for a DEXA scan and 2D/3D Mammogram scheduled for today. When I made the appointment, the scheduler indicated I could get an AI enhanced Mammogram at a cost of $50, which I chose. When I arrived today, the sign at the check-in indicated a 3% processing fee would be attached to a credit card payment for the AI-enhanced test. Out of country call takers for scheduling......smh!!!
What ever you do don't go to simonmed! The people who answer the phone are NOT from the us didn't understand English very well and are NOT helpful. Simonmed charged me for a test they never did. Now I'm having a heck of a time getting my money back. DON'T go to this place.
The local staff are great. This includes all the front desk people and all the technicians. Customer service on the local level is extraordinary. SimonMed itself sucks. The worst is the corporate policies and structuring. They took an operation that worked very well and provided excellent service both to the public and to doctors (giving good data). They treat their employees almost as poorly as their customers. Payroll and human resources are basically unreachable. The call center is in India and has no idea how to connect you to anyone. Management is so detached from reality it's almost comical. How they haven't already gone bankrupt I'll never know.
