As soon as they get an order for any imaging they start calling and texting you like a crazed lover. I cannot believe how unrelenting they are in calling/texting several times a day every day! Even when I called and requested they stop and replied STOP to the texts, still continued! And when you call, you cannot reach anyone at the local centers (where you actually go for the imaging). The office is closed on Saturday, but they still schedule appointments for Saturdays. I even called one day before the appointment and the schedule team confirmed everything. When I arrived after an entire hour’s driving, no one was there!!! Such a waste of time and gas 😡😡😡😡😡. Save your time and money, avoid this nonsense
Disastrous company, have tried to re-bill me for MRIs months after the procedure when I was told my insurance covered it all. Also tried to get me to re-pay a co pay 3 times. Always a wait at their facilities because they over book, even got bumped off the schedule once after waiting an hour and a half.
This is directed only for the billing of Simon Imaging aspect only. In office, the staff is excellent. We went to the one on Baywood in Mesa. They were perfectly kind, in every way! The problem with billing, besides giving personal information to a person in a country other than the USA! My husband has two different Cinga insurance names. This was the 1st time he was using BOTH Cigna medical insurance cards in Nov. 2025. We didn't know which to put as "primary" or "secondary" and asked the lady what to do.
