Never had a visit, but have never seen a more disjointed system and idiot staff in all my life, and I am pretty old. I will never, ever, use any service from this company.
My wife has tried to visit multiple SimonMed locations for an X-ray only to be turned away. This organization should be avoided. Ask your doctor for referrals elsewhere.
They don’t deserve not even a star. After waiting for my appointment and being taken in for my multiple exams, I was told there was no orders. They initiated the call stating they had an order pending. My Doctor’s office had also called me to alert me they had sent two orders. This place is a complete disaster. They don’t respond to any emails even when they tell you to email and who to email. Ever since X-rays done 11/8 they’ve tried collecting money from me on when I know my insurance very well and know I do not owe for those. I did not pay in office. A month later I got a bill for the same Amt they wanted in office of $97.74. I did my due diligence and checked my EOBs and confirmed by called my insurance and obtaining reference numbers.
