Very helpful
Not a good experience. Front desk person didnt seem to care about the customers waiting in pain. No sense of urgency from the only 2 people working there
Staff was friendly and efficient. Answered all of my questions.
I was asked to leave a review… I came in as a walk-in patient and ended up waiting over an hour. The office was nearly empty the entire time I was there; I only saw two people come through. I was never informed of the reason for the delay. I later found out the wait was due to insurance approval. If I had known that, I would have gladly returned once everything was approved. Communication is important. I understand I was a walk-in patient, but keeping patients informed about delays and the reason for them is common courtesy.... read more
