Very nice people and professional
The staff were very friendly and my appointment was on time. My MRI technician (I believe his name was Justin) was very professional and made sure I was comfortable and informed during the whole process. I was a little nervous about the procedure but he took time to explain everything and reassured me.
1st place in AJ was called for the xray I needed at 10am. They said I could just walk-in. 15min. I was there and get up to the window to check in, front desk then tells me thay wont have an x-ray tech for 1-1.5 hours as the regular Tech called off. Very inconvenient for a double amputee to pay for a ride to that location only to be told they could not do it. When I called the front desk could have told me that upfront and I would not have waisted my time or money. Then had to get another ride to the next closest location all... read more
Horrible experience. Checked in on line and also signed in when I arrived to facility. Told to have a seat and they would call me if needed. 2 hours later and lobby now cleared out, I enquired about my appointment. Was told I was never checked in. How does this happen. They get me checked in and of course you would ASSume they would put me to the front of the line but noooo, they send me a text with a new appointment time.
