Awesome facility. Everyone was super nice and very professional. My MRI technician Mariarita was awesome! Very sweet and helpful with me being very unsure if I could do it being claustrophobic, but she got me thru it. Thank you
There were no clean gowns and the carpet in the changing room was disgustingly dirty. They need to steam clean it every once in awhile.
Canceled first appt due to not being able to verify insurance. No call to me just a text saying I was being rescheduled. Spent an hour and 1/2 trying to get it figured out with a call center and got nowhere. Kept calling until I got someone local to get the original appt set back up. Got text 2.5 hours before appt. Once there, appt went smoothly. They couldn’t get insurance figured out so just did cash pay or else they wouldn’t do the appt.
