Genisis is awesome at her clerical position but the text messages system kept confusing me with my appointments and I had to go there several times and I thought that my co pays were 60$ but I was sacked for 179$ co pay with my disability insurance so I’m hoping that something can be fixed for that because another senior had to pay for the large co pay and she also has a limited income and I hope we can still afford our needs on our social security income and not have to stop getting healthcare because of the large co pays
I wasted an entire day off work to come here because dont have one in my city. Only for this place to lie and say they couldn't do complete scan because I refused something. I will be claiming fraud with my insurance company.
The ladies at the front desk were attentive, polite, very professional and helpful. The X-Ray lady was easy going, informative and friendly. I felt relaxed and in good hands.
Great and kind care. Found out results after tests.
