When I arrived they had not processed any of the submitted information to insurance for myself, or others that had come in. They were running behind to the point people with schedules were leaving. One person had a 1:30 appointment, and hadn’t been seen as of 3:50 PM. Staff was rude at the front desk, yet they were in the wrong. Not sure how anyone has had a moderate experience, much less a good experience at this place.
My personal experience was great but I need to know how to enter a patient portal so I can review my results. .
It doesn't make sense that if I used my insurance to pay, I'd have to pay $75 out of pocket, while self-pay was $55.
The location was convenient. The employees were very courteous and professional. Class Act!
