My mother came here for an ultrasound. She is elderly and does not speak English, so my child accompanied her and acted as her interpreter. Unfortunately, the way the staff treated my mother in the ultrasound room was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They showed clear frustration and disdain simply because she did not speak English.
