I was in the clinic for 2 1/2 hours. It was my first visit so I assumed this length of time was to be expected. All clinic staff were very good and treated me with such respect. It was a productive experience.
Simon med was very professional and got me in and out very quickly. I think them very much.
The front office staff is rude! They also withheld my results TO MY DR. They are the worst office the company has!! Stay out of Clermont if you want respect and results handled professionally.
