The receptionists lack knowledge on their job duties and responsibilities, the receptionists spent more time socializing about personal matters than taking care of the patient waiting to be checked in and seen. My appointment time was 9:15 am it was 9:38 before the receptionist realized she didn’t give more paperwork to fill out which I had already completed all paperwork and consent forms online days before my visit.
