Have unfortunately had to have a few MRI's in my life and this was very pleasant. No trouble checking in, taken back promptly, the tech was excellent waking me through the process. Will only have them done here now. Great experience.
The ladies at the front desk are so ... Just there, warming the seat as we say in our office, they have cero courtesy, and no idea of what customer service is. They talk to you the necessary and are not friendly at all. Adriel, (The radiologist on the other hand, was very kind and friendly) very professional. It is sad to go to a place where the front desk people who are very important because they are the first interaction and impression with the customers and they demonstrate such poor attitude.
