During the coronavirus pandemic I would expect a healthcare provider to pay more attention to the safety of clients/patients. A young man was permitted to remain at the front desk discussing his needs while not wearing a mask. After about 20 minutes, during which time no other clients felt comfortable approaching the counter, the receptionist finally told him he should be wearing a mask. RecommendedI’ve had numerous imaging at the Anthem location and it’s always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and professional. Appointments are for the most part on time; the most I’ve waited is 10mins and I really appreciate the quick turn around time for the results to my physician.

I waited an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time. My appointment was for 3 o’clock and they tried to tell me that my appointment was at 3:30. I had a text message reminder on my phone that said my appointment was for 3 o’clock.
RecommendedI’ve been to this facility many times. They are very pleasant & get the results to the Dr. right away. It’s nice to have this place so close to Black Canyon. I get my mammogram’s done here every year. If you need an MRI, or X-ray I’ve had both of these. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, & professional. They make you feel comfortable in an unpleasant situation. Check them out!
