Your people are rude. They are overworked. They don’t explain what you’re about to experience. They make you very stressed by making you wait to 2 1/2 hours and then take that test that you are not explain what you’re about to experience your handed earplugs and stuffed in a tube and they do nothing to make the experience any easier so no I would never come back to you and I will tell my doctor that as well and anyone that I would know that would be undergoing a test at your anthem facility
Much better experience this year. Services were only mis scheduled once this year..both techs were so nice and kind. Was in and out much quicker than last year.

I could never reach a live person. I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to anyone and would get disconnected. They never contacted my insurance for pre-approval and then expected me to pay out of pocket. From the automated system I requested a call back and never got one. When I showed up for my appointment and had to cancel because I wasn't going to pay out of pocket, I asked for a copy of the order so I could go somewhere else, she (an actual person) couldn't find one. I would discourage anyone to use Simonmed.
Absolutely horrible from their scheduling to their intake to the time it took to get out of there
Can’t make appointments for X-rays, just gotta sit and wait. Hope for the best.
