I was told over the phone that I wouldn’t have to pay anything upfront for my appointment. I took time off work, only to arrive and be told I needed to pay $320 upfront because of an estimated deductible. My deductible was already met, and I didn’t have a copay, so this was extremely frustrating and felt like a complete waste of my time.
