This is the worst experience I have ever had at an imaging lab. I’m a 73 yo who has had a number of scans. The office staff was fine, but the results still are not finished or on the portal. It is now 9 days and no report?? Why? When I repeatedly call for help I get people who do not speak English well, and cannot understand me and or help me. Still waiting for the report!!
