STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I HONESTLY MEAN IT. THEY STEAL MONEY FROM CARS AND TODAY (3/13/16) THEY LEFT MY WINDOW DOWN WHEN IT WENT THRU THE WASH. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER HE TOLD ME TO LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK.

This and its secondary location on preston and spring creek charge extra for armor all and cleaning the interior. They have interior but all they do is wipe.down and vacuum. The dont remove dirt or armor all or add any protectant. If you want a full bumper to bumper clean they charge $124.00. They did not even clean the windows. Bird crap on the exterior of the windows and smudged inside so they did not use a glass cleaner of any kind. Bumper had dust dirt grass. Interior shampoo did not get seats clean, just wet. I'm in a bit of a rush, so I ask the dude how long a wash takes, and he says 35 minutes. No problem. I'm still waiting an hour and a half later... It's either a problem of being dishonest to their customers to make a sale, or just incompetence in not knowing their services and timelines. Either way, it sucks. I won't be using this car wash again.
Half washed my car... when I brought it to the Mgr attention.. he was totally unprofessional and and had a very unpleasant attitude! Keep the money and businesses are built by repeat customers and will not trade at this carwash anymore!!
