Went here for an oil change since they give you a free car wash with it. After driving to Portsmouth I found out they NEVER put the oil filler cap back on the engine. I found the cap right where I was told they place it to "ensure that kind of this doesn't happen." Get you oil changed SOMEWHERE ELSE!
THIS CAR WASH IS NEED OF A COMPLETE MAKEOVER. BESIDES THAT, THE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE GENERAL MANAGER IS IN DIRE NEED OF COMMUNICATING SKILLS. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING GOING FOR THIS BUSINESS,IS THE HARD-WORKING,ASST. MANAGER JOE. HE WORKS CIRCLES AROUND ALL OF THOSE GUYS. THEY NEED TO TAKE A COUPLE OF PAGES OUT OF JOE'S BOOK!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK JOE.......
