I do not know who owns this place today but customer service is getting really bad! Manager in duty last weekend broke handle in my car and was trying to tell that the damage was old. I would never hire this manager for any of my companies.
I dropped my car off and when I returned, I almost didn't recognize it. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Good Job guys!!
Completely unreal how unprofessional and rude the people are at this car wash. Would give zero stars but not an option.
I purchased the $24.99 package. My vehicle looked like they rinsed it off with a garden hose and then dried it off with a dirty towel. Interior was lightly touched and still had dust and leaves in the floor areas also right front floor mat was out of place and rear area of passenger compartment was untouched.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. went there to day and they left my window down soaked the interior or my truck. when i complained to the manager he told me to leave and never come back.
Stay away!!!!This place has gone from bad to worse over the years. poor managements, poor service and they will damage your car
First time and last time. I guess since my truck is brand new they figure it wasn't dirty. I walked around and checked my truck before leaving and I spotted water drops throughout the truck and showed the attendant, he dried it. Even though leaving the place my windows still had spots. $30.00 is a lot for a poor job.
They detailed my SUV today. Many thanks to Josh & Donald! Donald said he made it look like new. I agree! It's so pretty now - I hate to put it in my garage.
Will not go there again! Took my car in for full service wash. Back end of the car had soap foam still on it. The worker proceeded to dry it, leaving streaks on trunk and tail light. While waiting a Chevy pick up came out of wash with loads of foam still on the back end, again they proceeded to dry the truck. We took our truck last week for full service wash and looked the truck over, only to find a foot print on the passengers seat,. The drying person stepped on the seat to dry the roof!
