I purchased the special for 29.99, the outside was great, I have a brand new car, the inside was not touched. I told the man with the Red shirt and bald head, that the inside had not done, he said it is all set, I showed him, then he told me it msut be scratches, he sprayed it and it was clean, the windows inside and out were still dirty, the cup holders were never touched., My windsheild was still dirty. Never again. Guy in the black Cadillac.
Will not go there again! Paid 75.00 for an interior detail, came out looking horrible. Carpets were not shampooed, glass was all streaky, and they just spray cheap Armour All on everything. All the leather and plastic was greasy. Not worth the money at all! I even had them do it a second time, and the glass came out looking worse! Paper towels and Windex would have done a better job.
Horrible business!! I took my 2003 Acura RSX there and immediately after noticed that my 3 of my four wheels had large spots where the clear coat had came off during the wash and they looked awful. I reported it to the manager and they had some district representative meet with me a few days later to assess the damage and she said that the damage was from gradual sun fade! Don't go there. They don't understand the word "no". After telling the guy I didn't have time for any specials, I was on my way to a funeral and all I had time for was an interior vacuum and run through wash. when asked if I wanted a wax for $15.00, I repeated myself saying I had no time for that. BEWARE of Simoniz Car Wash, 15209 Addison Rd, Addison Tx 75001 Damage was done to the painted bed cover on my GMC truck. As the Simoniz employee was drying the bed cover on my truck he put all his body weight on the fiberglass covers edge causing it to flex, that caused the factory paint to crack under his weight. STAY AWAY, BE AWARE OF ADDITIONAL COSTLY REPAIRS IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to have my timing belt changed on my car so took it to a local repair shop that I do business with to have it done on a Saturday morning. went to Simonize to wash my Lincoln MKX ... that I take very good care of - asked for the one that was the most expensive, don't remember just what they call it -but my car was very dirty and dusty and had some bug spots on the front end - went inside to wait, my car was finished in record time. I went here to have an oil change. While doing the change they noticed my air filters needed to be replaced, I said go ahead. I went to pay after they were done and asked where my car was parked she told me they sent it through the wash. I told them when I got there I didn't want it washed. Got my car home and 2 hours later went outside to a large crack across 60% of my windshield.
